We offer California King, King, Split King, Olympic Queen, Queen, Full, Extra-Long Twin and Twin sheets.
King (aka Eastern King or Standard King): These sheets fit the widest mattress on the market (76″ wide). A King mattress is the same length as a Queen, and approximately the same size as two Twin mattresses side by side.
- Eastern (Standard) King Size Mattress: 76 inches wide x 80 inches long
- King Sheet Sets come with 1 King fitted sheet, 1 King flat sheet and 2 King pillowcases
California King (aka Western King): A California King mattress is 4″ longer and 4″ narrower than a Standard King. This makes it a better choice for people over six feet tall, though it gives less “elbow” room from side to side.
- Western (California) King Size Mattress: 72 inches wide x 84 inches long
- California King sheet sets come with 1 California King fitted sheet, 1 California King flat sheet and 2 King pillowcases
Split King (aka Dual King): Two extra long twin size mattresses (39″ wide x 80″ long) placed side-by-side to make a king mattress surface (78″ wide x 80″ long). These mattresses are typically found on adjustable or sleep number beds. A split king sheet set is made with 2 Twin Extra Long fitted sheets, 2 pillow cases, and 1 King flat sheet.
- Split King Mattress: 78 inches wide x 80 inches long
- Split King sheet sets come with 2 XL Twin fitted sheets, 1 King flat sheet and 2 King pillowcases
Queen: Queen mattresses are 21″ wider and 5″ longer than a Twin bed and 6″ wider and 5″ longer than a Double size bed. Each adult has 9″ less sleep space than in a twin bed.
- Queen Size Mattress: 60 inches wide x 80 inches long
- Queen sheet shets come with 1 Queen fitted sheet, 1 Queen flat sheet and 2 standard pillowcases
Olympic Queen (aka Expanded): Olympic Queen is a novelty size created by Simmons. It is 6″ wider than a standard Queen mattress.
- Olympic Queen Size Mattress: 66 inches wide x 80 inches long
- Olympic sheet sets come with 1 Olympic fitted sheet, 1 Olympic flat sheet and 2 Olympic queen pillowcases
Full (aka Double): Full mattresses are only 15″ wider than a Single bed, leaving only 27″ of space per person. At 75″ long, a Full size bed may be too short for some taller adults
- Full Size Mattress: 54 inches wide x 75 inches long
- Full sheet sets come with 1 Full fitted sheet, 1 Full flat sheet and 2 standard pillowcases
Extra-Long Twin: Extra-Long Twin mattresses are 5″ longer than a standard twin. They’re often used in college dorm rooms to accommodate tall teens.
- Extra-Long Twin Mattress: 39 inches wide x 80 inches long
- XL Twin sheet sets come with 1 XL Twin fitted sheet, 1 XL Twin flat sheet and 1 standard pillowcase
Twin (aka Single): Twin mattresses are the most common choice for children’s bedrooms and single person sleeping arrangemens. They fit bunk beds and sometimes have a trundle underneath.
- Twin Mattress: 39 inches wide x 75 inches long
- Twin sheet sets come with 1 Twin fitted sheet, 1 Twin flat sheet and 1 standard pillowcase
Note: What is “standard” is occasionally changed by some manufacturers. Before you purchase bedding, be sure to know the exact measurements of the bed you have purchased. Some “standard” fitted sheets may not fit. Each of the sheet sizes are listed on our website.
