Item(s) must be in it's original package. Removing the linens from the package to inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. If for some reason the color or feel are not right for you (remember they will be lightly starched before they are washed for the first time), simply slip them back into their packaging and contact us for a return shipping address.Once the sheets have been unfolded they are not resalable and not returnable.

We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit.
